CIMOLAI TECHNOLOGY WINS THE BRASS RING WITH "THE BEAM"

Awarded during the IAAPA Expo as Best Product in the Family Ride Attraction category

20.11.2024 – During the annual IAAPA Expo in Orlando, Cimolai Technology was awarded the prestigious Brass Ring Award for The Beam, recognized as the best new product in the Family Ride Attraction category.

The Beam, an extraordinary attraction installed at the top of New York's Rockefeller Center, "TOR", offers a one-of-a-kind experience, combining technological innovation with iconic design. This project recreates a customized version of the iconic 1932 photograph, Lunch on a Beam, taken during the construction of the Rockefeller Center.

The attraction allows visitors to sit on a suspended beam that can hold up to 7 passengers. The beam rises from the terrace, over 800 feet above New York City, rotates 180 degrees to offer a unique view of Central Park and the Manhattan skyline, and positions itself precisely at the angle of the original 1932 photograph.

Entirely manufactured in Italy by Cimolai Technology, The Beam exemplifies the company’s ability to deliver custom and cutting-edge projects, pushing the limits of imagination and the laws of physics.
