Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, which introduced into the Italian legal system the “administrative liability” of legal entities for offences committed, in Italy or abroad, by directors, employees or other persons acting in the interest or to the benefit of the entities themselves, Cimolai Technology S.p.A. has adopted an Organisation, Management and Control Model.
This Model establishes organisational safeguards and behavioural protocols, which are implemented through internal procedures as well as training and audit/assurance activities.
The Model is continuously updated and improved, both to respond to ongoing regulatory changes and to align it with the Company’s organisational structure.
A Supervisory Body (Organismo di Vigilanza), composed of external professionals, has been appointed to oversee the proper application of the Model; for any reports of misconduct, please refer to the “whistleblowing reports” section.
In order to ensure transparency and fairness in the conduct of business activities, the Company has also adopted a Code of Ethics and Conduct, which is binding on all business partners, including agents, customers and suppliers, and is available in the download section.
