Founded in 2004, Cimolai Technology designs and manufactures advanced lifting and handling equipment for shipyards, marinas, and demanding industrial environments. Building on decades of steel and heavy engineering expertise, we deliver custom-engineered machines that combine performance, safety, and long-term reliability.

1949

The Cimolai companies' story begins

The Cimolai companies’ history began in 1949, driven by Armando Cimolai’s vision to create a steel fabrication business producing metal structures for multiple industries.

2004

Cimolai Technology Founded

Cimolai Technology was founded by Roberto Cimolai, focusing on advanced engineering and custom lifting and handling solutions.

2021

Group Expansion & New Synergies

New synergies within the Cimolai Group: control of Armando Cimolai Centro Servizi (ACCS) moved to Lorenzo Holding S.r.l., which acquired a 51% stake.

2024

800-Ton Goliath Cranes Project Awarded

Major contract secured for two 800-ton Goliath cranes. Fully engineered, manufactured, and assembled in-house, with a unique delivery operation: sea transport on a dedicated barge designed for this one-of-a-kind shipment.

Le carpenterie metalliche per i progetti di Cimolai Technology sono realizzate da ACCS Armando Cimolai Centro Servizi, con sede a San Quirino (PN), Italia. Lo stabilimento si estende su 180.000 m², di cui 60.000 m² completamente coperti, rafforzando la nostra capacità nella lavorazione di grandi strutture in acciaio e nella produzione di carpenterie complesse.
