HEAVY-DUTY TRANSPORT, TOTAL CONTROL
Cimolai Technology’s Flat Bed Trolley is built to transport large structures and heavy components within construction sites, industrial facilities, and port areas, combining robust performance with maximum operational flexibility.
Each unit is fully customizable in load capacity, configuration, and accessories. Its modular design suits different load shapes and weights, with an optional SPMT configuration for greater mobility and positioning precision. A user-friendly interface—also available via remote control—and multi-axle electronic steering ensure smooth, accurate maneuvering even in tight spaces.

PLATFORM
The platform is completely covered with electro-welded steel plates. Removable steel covers are bolted in correspondence of each suspension to facilitate the inspection of the components underneath.
RUBBER TIRES
Suitable for heavy-duty work conditions.
They can be either air inflated or foam
filled.
MODULAR CONCEPT
Additional modules and
power units can be added /
combined to increase the
number of axles and the total
capacity of the system.
Modularity is achieved by
adding modules / units either
at the front, on the rear or on
the sides.
Structure
100% manufactured in Cimolai Technology’s workshops in Italy, steel plates come exclusively from primary European Companies. The structure is designed as per the latest FEM and UNI EN standards and is made of box girders with inner stiffening elements, optimizing the structural resistance.
HYDRAULIC SUSPENSION
Adjustment of the platform height achieved
via the vertical stroke of the cylinders or
the compass-type hydraulic suspensions.
Independent front / rear – left / right
hydraulic lifting is allowed. The system is
used both to lift the load and also to cope
with uneven surfaces / slopes, guaranteeing
a uniform distribution of the loads on the
ground.
The hydraulic suspension system is provided
with safety valves acting independently and
automatically in case of pipe ruptures

Kits of electric and hydraulic accessories are
also available to combine sets of trolleys.
BOLSTERS
Swivelbolsters to allow the transport of self-

stiffly connect the FBT trolleys.
TRESTLES – CRADLES
Awide range of cradles and mechanical, hydraulic and modular trestles can be supplied. They are developed as per customer’s specific requirements. They hold and stabilize the load and make the various operations faster and safer.
