Straddle Carrier with electric drive, engineered for handling and lifting 20ft ISO TANK containers up to 28 tonnes, with a key advantage: continuous height adjustment even under full load.
Operating height ranges from 5.15 m to 7.75 m (total travel 2.6 m), enabled by four hydraulically actuated double-stage side telescopic masts—ideal where adaptability, precision, and stability are essential.
The machine combines battery-electric power with a dedicated hydraulic system managing travel, lifting, and steering. The hydraulic power unit is arranged in-line with a 45 kW electric motor, coupling unit, hydraulic pumps, and valve blocks; the opposite beam houses the lithium battery pack, electrical cabinet, and inverter for a compact, service-friendly layout. Portal lifting is performed by four heavy-duty double-acting cylinders (one per telescopic upright), equipped with load-holding valves and controlled lowering valves to enhance safety. Hydraulic and electrical lines are routed through ABS cable carriers, supporting smooth movement and long-term reliability.
