Vincenza from ACCS at WTD – Woman Edition 2025

On March 28-29, 2025, the fourth edition of WTD – Woman Edition took place, an event dedicated to female welders, both experts and beginners, with the aim of breaking gender stereotypes and showcasing the value of women in an industry still predominantly seen as male.

Among this year’s participants was Vincenza, our colleague from ACCScarpentry, who proudly represented our team in this extraordinary initiative.

The event, organized in collaboration with the Italian Institute of Welding, was structured into two days:

March 28 – Theoretical training on the special welding process.

March 29 – Practical session at EsseBi Welding, where participants had the unique opportunity to test their skills and engage with other professionals in the field.

For Vincenza and all the attendees, it was a unique experience filled with learning, sharing, and professional growth. This event once again proves that women can literally weld their future!
