Cimolai Technology Sales Convention: strategy, field feedback and a tour of ACCS
Two days of alignment with the sales network, open dialogue and an inside look at new machinery at the ACCS – Armando Cimolai Centro Servizi workshop.
On 13 and 14 January, Cimolai Technology brought together its sales force for the annual Sales Convention, dedicating two full days to strengthening collaboration between the company and its commercial partners.
Day 1 focused on alignment between strategic direction and market experience. The company shared its strategic plan for the years ahead and created space for direct input from the field—because insights gathered through daily customer relationships help guide priorities, messaging and next steps.
The day ended with the Sales Convention Dinner, an opportunity to continue conversations in a more informal setting. A special thanks goes to Borgo delle Rose for contributing to the evening with wine and aperitivo, helping create a welcoming atmosphere for discussion and connection.
Day 2 offered a hands-on perspective through a complete tour of ACCS – Armando Cimolai Centro Servizi, with a closer look at new machines operating in the carpentry workshop. The convention closed back at Borgo delle Rose winery with final feedback, meaningful exchanges and greetings until the next edition.
