ACCS is proud to announce the completion of two 800‑ton Goliath cranes, fully engineered and assembled within its own production facilities.

These towering structures—measuring 110 meters in height, with a rail span of 118 meters, hook height of 78 meters, and total weight exceeding 1,200 tons each—represent a major achievement in heavy‑lifting engineering.

Every phase of production was managed in‑house, with no external outsourcing: CNC thermal plate cutting, plate bending, full‑penetration welding, precision flange machining (drilling and facing), and detailed dimensional inspections. All processes were executed with micron‑level accuracy, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with strict tolerances.
A key moment captured in our workshops was the machining of the crane legs, where critical components underwent flange milling operations. This operation showcases our commitment to micro‑precision and internal quality control.
This project engaged every ACCS department—from cutting and bending to mechanical machining and welding—demonstrating our vertical integration, team synergy, and the highest level of Italian industrial craftsmanship.
