Straddle Carrier equipped with a spreader beam and two movable under-spreader beam trolleys with j-hooks, this system allows independent movement via a capstan system. The special j-hooks are purpose-built for handling wind tower segments from the inside of the flange, preserving the external coating.
For extra protection, the inner part of the hooks features steel mesh-reinforced rubber. Each trolley integrates a main section with an articulated hook, and a secondary section that adjusts positioning with hydraulic cylinders and a manual safety pin for secure locking.
