The telescopic beam adapts to each vessel and yard configuration, maximizing space, efficiency, and versatility.
The telescopic crossbeam version of our boat hoists allows you to increase or reduce the track width quickly and accurately.
A key advantage is the ability to reduce the track width even at full load, with the boat suspended, enabling a fast switch from the open to the closed configuration without intermediate steps.
This makes it easier and faster to move through tight spaces and optimize storage, especially for smaller boats.
The telescopic system is built with two hollow square box-section tubes (male and female) that slide into each other to vary the beam width.
The male section features sliding pads on all four sides, stainless-steel clad, running on dedicated guides in the female section—ensuring low-friction operation, reliable alignment, and high structural strength.
