|
An order has recently been granted for n° 2 high-performance gantry cranes having a capacity of 100/25t, destined to work in high-speed line jobsites. The cranes will have a span of nearly 60m and a lifting height – under the hook – of 50m.

N. 2 cranes, each with a capacity of 80t, have been assembled and commissioned: these high-performance cranes, with a lifting speed of 10 m/min under full load and with two lateral overhangs of 13m, are working in a major port installation in Spain.

A Mobile Straddle Transporter MST meant to handle and turn "upside-down" cruise boat elements weighing up to 300t has been recently commissioned. This huge machine, the biggest ever to date, has a 45 m span and an overall lifting height – under the hook – of 50 m.

In just 2,5 months from the date of the order, the second of the 4 Mobile Boat Haulers MBH 820 has been commissioned.

| NEW ORDER ACQUIRED FOR SPECIAL CARRIERS FOR TOUGH CONDITIONS |
N° 2 special Mobile Straddle Transporters MST 100 ton. are being fabricated for a worldwide leading group. These machines, that have a carrying capacity of 100t (80t under spreader) and will be used for handling hollow core prefabricated elements, are fabricated using special steel and components in order to guarantee that the machines can cope with operation temperatures as low as -40°C. Besides, being destined to the Canadian market, they will bear the c-UL-US mark. Commissioning is scheduled by end of 2007.

| Mobile Boat Trolley MBT 300 |
|
A Mobile Boat Trolley MBT 300 has recently been commissioned at one of our Customer's shipyard in Greece. As for our Mobile Boat Haulers MBH, this trolley represents an innovation in the range of boat trailers, as a special steering and handling system is installed, controlled via PLC, that permits well 7 handling configurations: steering on all 4 wheel groups, steering on the front wheel groups, steering on the rear wheel groups, along a diagonal ("crab" steering), at 90° ±10°, all-round ("carousel"). The machine results to be extremely easy to drive, via the remote control, and particularly versatile. Other Mobile Boat Trolleys are currently being fabricated and will be commissioned shortly, with capacities ranging from 60 to 200 t.

| MOBILE BOAT HAULER MBH 820 NOW COMMISSIONED |

Our Company has recently commissioned the first of the n° 4 Mobile Boat Haulers MBH 820 - lifting capacity 820 ton. - in Greece. Testing was made in two steps: static test (with a test load of 1025 ton.) and dynamic test (with a test load of 902 ton.) All of the four Mobile Boat Haulers MBH 820 a special steering and handling system is installed, controlled via PLC, that permits the following 7 handling configurations: steering on all 4 wheel groups, steering on the front wheel groups, steering on the rear wheel groups, along a diagonal ("crab" steering), at 90° ±10°, all-round ("carousel").

| Launching Gantry |
A launching gantry type BLG for beams max weight 100t, complying with the standards CMAA and ASME, has been assembled and commissioned; this machine is certified <b>c-UL-US and is working in the Golden Ears Bridge site in Canada.

We are fabricating, in our production premises, n° 4 units of Mobile Boat Haulers MBH 820 t., the biggest in the world, that will be delivered between March and October 2007, as well as a set of boat trolleys having a capacity of 200t, 300t and 350t!
On all of the machines, a special steering and handling system is installed, controlled via PLC, that permits the following handling configurations: steering on all 4 wheel groups, steering on the front wheel groups, steering on the rear wheel groups, along a diagonal ("crab" steering), at 90° ±10°, all-round ("carousel")

| Prefabrication site cranes |
For a prefabrication site for the Dubai Metro Project, in the Middle East, n. 7 gantry cranes with a capacity of 80t each and n. 2 cranes with a capacity of 100t each have been assembled and commissioned.
In addition, a flat-bed transporter with a capacity of 100t has been commissioned too.
